About the team

The Shopee Video Team plays a key role in connecting products with users by delivering the right messaging, positioning, and strategies to drive adoption and engagement. We work closely with cross-functional teams to bring fun and impactful campaigns and projects to life, using market insights, data analysis, and creative storytelling. What you'll do

• Track, monitor, and understand content performance through insights and analytics
• Monitor latest market trends, user feedback, and research on competitive landscape
• Provide support and ensure end-to-end implementation of initiatives to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and troubleshoot when required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as the Business Intelligence, Marketing and Business Development as required
• Manage day-to-day office administration and operations, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Occasionally curate and manage content for Shopee’s official video account, ensuring alignment with video guidelines, consistency in tone of voice, and overall content quality

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in marketing/communications or related field
• Interest in content creation and/ or product marketing
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage expectations
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
• Independent and self-motivated, with good end-to-end ownership of project and an openness to taking on new projects
• Positive working attitude and a strong team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
