Market Growth Strategy Analyst - Shopee International Platform, Cross Border

What you'll do

• Manage multiple key projects to drive sellers' cross-border selling from origin market to other Shopee markets
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the region to drive business objectives
• Analyse data and come up with meaningful strategies to grow the export business
• Understand the workings and nuances of each seller market to localise and execute plans effectively
• Foster relationships with different governmental agencies to collaborate on joint projects and investments to boost exports

Requirements

• Bachelors’ Degree, preferably in Business Management
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management with the ability to influence their  decision-making  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
• Proven experience in interpreting  large data sets to draw  actionable insights
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment to drive business objectives and make an impact
• Strong  project management skills with the ability to monitor and update progress timely and effectively
