• Drive various projects and initiatives revolving around New user growth, CRM,
platform user/buyer growth and process improvement
• Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives
through analytics and strong grasp of local market
• Assist in growing PH business growth by implementing various initiatives and liaising
with multiple departments and stakeholders, both locally and on a regional level such as
Online Marketing, Marketing Campaigns, Regional Marketing, Local/Regional CRM
• Ensure the existing processes on New user/buyer, platform user/buyer and CRM
initiatives are well established and analyse/identify areas of improvement further.
• Handle ad-hoc requests and admin related tasks.
• Possesses a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management or any relevant study
• Minimum 2 years’ Management Consulting and/or strategy background
• Experience in SQL is a plus
• Strong grasp on numbers and proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong problem solving attitude required
• Passionate towards learning about the e-commerce industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Creative and innovative approach in solving problems
• Ability to work well independently and across various teams
• Flexible to work long hours on occasion
