What you'll do

• Reports to ShopeePay Indonesia country lead
• Drive ShopeePay business and app growth  
• Develop and execute growth projects 
• Identify and capture business opportunities 
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Responsible for OKRs and P&L on a project basis

Requirements

• Experienced in digital wallet/payment business in Indonesia
• Experienced driving user growth 
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia 
• Experienced in product or marketing is preferred
• Highly entrepreneurial and agile 
• Adaptable to individual contributor and team-leading roles 
• Team player
