Employee Engagement Intern - People Team (Fall 2026)

About the team

As part of the Employee Engagement team, this role plays a key part in building a positive company culture and enhancing the overall employee experience and well-being. The role is responsible for supporting and delivering end-to-end employee engagement initiatives, ensuring programmes are thoughtfully executed and aligned with organisational goals.

What you'll do

• Support, maintain, and improve ongoing employee engagement programmes
• Prepare internal communications, including announcements, to promote and publicise employee engagement initiatives
• Source and manage the procurement of event material and merchandise
• Provide support for team events and other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Human Resource Management, or related field
• Driven, self-motivated, adaptable, and versatile learner with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Full-time interns preferred (3–6 months)
