Senior Operational Excellence (Fulfillment Center) - Bukit Raja, Klang

What you'll do

• Ideate and develop high-impact projects/initiatives to improve Shopee's fulfillment operations productivity and efficiency, leading to operational cost savings.
• Strategically create and implement detailed project execution plans, methodically addressing all operational challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system and process improvements, contributing to overall operational excellence.
• Collaborate with internal and/or external stakeholders to execute projects, ensuring projects are meeting the intended objectives, completed timely and within allocated budget/resources.
• Health check Fulfilment Operations team daily operational KPIs, flagging operational issues/risks, and develop temporary workarounds and long-term solutions to de-bottleneck challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or any related qualification.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management. Candidates from logistics, manufacturing, e-commerce, supply chain, or related industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Result-driven and hands-on in solving ground operational issues
• Analytical, detail-oriented and number-driven. Able to analyze data and derive relevant, data-backed insights.
• Communicate and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, in both verbal and written form of communications.
• Proficient in using Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to commute and based in Bukit Raja, Klang.
• Fluency in BM and Mandarin is a plus point.
