Strategy & Operations, SPX Express

What you'll do

• Strategise the project-based task focusing on scaling up SPX Express
• Drive high-impact growth and operational excellence projects in a fast-paced environment with a nationwide scale
• Monitor key operational metrics and report business and project implementation progress regularly
• Ensure effective, on-time, and well-executed implementation, often through coordination with other departments

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management, an MBA degree, or a Management Trainee (MT) background is an advantage
• Prior experience in project management within a tech startup or management consulting environment is preferred
• Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Data-driven and structured thinker, capable of translating insights into actionable strategies
• Proficiency in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel and Ms. PowerPoint
• Fluency in English with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
