Senior Business Management Specialist - Monee Credit (Loan)

What you'll do

• Strategize portfolio segmentation and optimize portfolio profitability while achieving business scale goals
• Acquire new customers from internal platforms and external channels, optimizing return on investment in the acquisition process
• Responsible for credit product management; design financial features such as pricing, repayment plan, revolving credit and so forth
• Handle existing customer management, increase conversion rate and product usage using campaigns and other effective tools
• Implement market research to understand trends, work closely with risk, IT and other teams to form business planning and drive sustainable growth
• Improve user experience and product efficiency for greater customer satisfaction
• Optimize operation flows and build SOP for product operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics and other related fields
• 3 years or above of experience, preferably in consumer/digital/SME lending, or similar retail financial products.
• A builder mindset with strong experience in customer management, ideally with consulting firms, internet, fintech, banking, or financial institutions.
• Proven data analytics expertise to drive informed decision-making.
• Strong problem solving skills, proactive, to-do attitude and take initiative in action.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally within the organization and with external stakeholders.
