Business Development Intern [Ops Projects] (Summer 2026)

What you'll do

• Support projects covering Customer Experience, Seller Operations and Risk. Excellent opportunity to gain first hand insights into e-commerce operations specifically in areas such as logistic fulfilment, return & refund processes etc
• Assist in conducting market research and analysis to support the development and implementation of key initiatives
• Review and automate data collection and aggregation processes to build dashboards for management reporting
• Support data investigation by reviewing and tidying raw data to derive meaningful insights to support operational excellence
• Collaborate with other functional teams to drive business insights and improvements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Passionate about technology and business. E-commerce experience or interest preferred, but not a prerequisite
• Comfortable working with large amounts of data
• Strong in Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with at least one programming/scripting language, preferably Python and SQL
• Experience in data analysis and data collection preferred
• Full time interns preferred (3-6 months). Part time interns available at least 4 days a week are welcome to apply
