The Marketing Campaigns team drives Shopee’s largest and most high-impact sales moments in Singapore. We lead the planning and execution of key spike campaigns such as Double Digits, the 15th Shopee Mall Great Brands Sale, and the 25th Super Shiok Sale, bringing together strong ideas, sharp execution, and seamless coordination.
Working closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, commercial, product, and operations, we translate business goals into compelling campaigns that excite users and deliver results. Dynamic, collaborative, and highly execution-driven, the team thrives during peak periods and plays a critical role in shaping Shopee’s biggest moments of the year.
What you'll do
- Assist in conceptualising, developing and executing marketing campaigns for at least one category (e.g. Electronics, Health & Beauty, Fashion, Home & Living)
- Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including working with internal key account managers, business intelligence, and other marketing functions (e.g. social media, partnerships, PR, online marketing, offline marketing, graphic designers) for campaign creation and optimisation
- Conduct data analysis on campaigns performance (including against order and GMV targets) and offer ongoing recommendations for campaign optimisation, such as innovative ideas, partnerships and activations that enhance campaigns performance
- Keep abreast of trends on social media, e-Commerce, digital marketing and industry developments, and leverage trends and developments to optimise campaigns
- Owns end-to-end planning and execution of key campaign pillars such as Lowest Prices Guaranteed, Flash Deals, Brand Boxes / Brands Flash Sales, and homepage asset strategy
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's Degree in Communications/ Marketing or related field
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills. Strong ability to manage expectations, drive for performance and collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Independent and self-motivated, good end-to-end ownership of projects, open to taking on new projects
- An analytical and structured thinker, strong with understanding and deriving insights from data
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Prior internships in marketing, e-commerce platforms, creative agencies will be a bonus
- Full-time interns will be preferred
