We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer who brings craft, genuine ownership, and the ability to operate in the details and at the strategic level. You’ll be a core member of our growing design team in helping to create a best-in-class Enterprise SaaS product with desktop, tablet and mobile touchpoints.

Reporting to Manager, Product Design, you’ll own a product area end-to-end from framing the problem with your product triad through shipping and iterating. We expect you to thrive in ambiguity, come with a strong point of view, and bring the kind of rigor that helps your team make good decisions quickly.

This role is based in Bengaluru, India and sits within ServiceTitan's growing global team, working in close partnership with our XD org headquartered in the US.

What you’ll do

• Design experiences that are engaging, efficient, intuitive and solve real user problems.
• Partner closely with a product manager and engineering lead, actively shaping priorities, influencing the roadmap, and engaging on implementation tradeoffs and feasibility.
• Conduct user research using a range of methods to understand customer needs and translate insights into clear design solutions.
• Produce high-quality work across all fidelity levels; from rough concepts to polished production-ready designs.
• Use AI tools fluently as part of your everyday workflow to prototype faster, explore ideas earlier, and move from concept to working interaction.
• Provide design feedback and mentor teammates; model what great looks like and help the people around you level up.

What you'll bring

• Experience: 5+ years designing B2B or enterprise software products, with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of significant product areas. 
• AI experience design: you understand how to make agentic workflows feel trustworthy, controllable, and clear to the people using them.
• Craft: mastery of interaction and visual design, with a commitment to accessibility and inclusive design principles. A portfolio that shows your process, your thinking, and the outcomes your work drove. 
• Systems thinking: you see patterns across workflows and user roles, know how to leverage and contribute to a design system, and think about how each design decision affects the whole product.
• Technical depth: you understand how your work gets built, can prototype beyond static screens when the problem calls for it, and communicate fluidly with engineering partners.
• Communication and facilitation: you can articulate design decisions clearly, run a productive critique, and align stakeholders around tradeoffs.
• 2 hours overlap with U.S. Eastern Standard Time each day
• Ideal prior experience: working on CRM, marketing, and / or call / text / email features
