Salesforce is seeking a driven and technically fluent Account Executive to join our Agentforce team, dedicated to Poland and/or the broader EMEA Emerging Growth Markets region. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the AI revolution in enterprise sales—helping customers across a high-growth, dynamic market understand and unlock the transformative power of Agentforce.

You will work at the intersection of advanced AI technology and complex enterprise sales, partnering closely with our wider Salesforce sales organization to drive Agentforce adoption for both new and existing customers.

This role requires fluency in Polish and English, and experience operating across EMEA Emerging Growth Markets is strongly preferred.

What You Will Be Doing

• Use sales expertise, emerging technologies, and AI modeling to identify and position Agentforce opportunities with prospective customers

• Partner closely with the Salesforce sales team to accelerate Agentforce growth across current and new accounts

• Lead in-depth technical discovery to analyze complex business challenges and demonstrate Agentforce's capabilities at scale

• Source and qualify opportunities that fit the ideal Agentforce customer profile

• Conduct discovery conversations that uncover the critical business needs of prospective customers

• Craft and present compelling Points of View (POVs) that communicate the tangible value of Agentforce to both technical and business stakeholders

• Explain how the full Salesforce product stack can be tailored to transform customer engagement

• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, connected client experience—One Salesforce

• Align proposed solutions to clients' long-term strategic objectives

What We Are Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise and/or commercial B2B sales within highly technical sales environments

• Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including agent platform configuration, automation flows, and API integrations

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud)

• Strong technical selling skills—able to translate complex AI models and solutions into clear business value for non-technical audiences

• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a technical sales environment

• Fluency in Polish and English (essential); additional EMEA languages are a plus

• Experience working across EMEA Emerging Growth Markets strongly preferred

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in technology sales
