Own the cross-industry product point of view and directional roadmap, including how it works with and leverages partner integrations
Work with industry experts to define the next business problem to solve that brings a multiplier effect for the business
Engage with customers, partners, and independent software vendors (ISVs), along with product ambassadors from across Salesforce to prioritize the right features
Represent the customer — be the champion and voice of customers, build impactful personal relationships, and bring the customer's voice into the creation process
Own requirements, specifications, and release plans; work closely with customers to drive feature adoption
Drive the best customer experience possible by working closely with User Experience (UX) to develop, test, and deliver assets to engineering
Work with the technology team to deliver a world-class product driven by customers, prospects, advisory teams, and internal product experts; drive the end-to-end feature delivery cycle
Collaborate across teams — product managers play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders
Work effectively within a team of product managers who have dependencies on one another, leveraging shared work to support corresponding functionality
Champion your feature through go-to-market activities: work closely with marketing to position and enable sales, run technical enablement sessions for technical sales and systems integrators (SIs), and ensure features are clearly documented so customers and partners can easily understand, implement, and use them
You are a great product manager who has built products end-to-end delivering an outstanding customer experience, brought products to market including go-to-market, pricing and packaging, and demonstrated successful deployments
You own the product vision and can drive it through an organization
You have strong technical abilities to hold your own in debates with technical architects and engineers, and are intimately familiar with modern software development practices used to build and deploy web and mobile applications
You have 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience with a demonstrated ability to discover opportunities and then define and deliver products
