About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
At Salesforce, our Product Marketers craft inspirational stories and deliver ground-breaking product demos to people around the world. We develop product messaging and positioning, go-to-market (GTM) programs, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. Our success is defined by our ability to deliver relevant content that generates material pipeline, helps our sellers close deals, and ultimately, unlocks new customers.
We are looking for a creative, motivated, and strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our Salesforce Trusted Services product marketing team.
What are Salesforce Trusted Services?
Trusted Services represent Salesforce’s advanced security, compliance, and resilience portfolio. As enterprises race to deploy AI agents at scale, Trusted Services provide the critical guardrails they need to manage risk. Our product portfolio empowers customers to safely scale as an agentic enterprise without compromising on trust, data privacy, or regulatory compliance.
Our product suite includes:
Salesforce Shield: Combines Event Monitoring, Platform Encryption, Field Audit Trail, and Data Detect to discover, monitor, and encrypt sensitive data.
Security & Privacy: Security Center (centralized security posture management) and Privacy Center (data privacy and consent management).
Resilience & Governance: Backup & Recover, Archive, and Data Mask & Seed to ensure business continuity and secure sandbox environments.
In this role, you will lead the positioning of a set of these high-growth products, working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate technical capabilities into high-impact business value.
Define the Value Proposition: Lead and create the core value proposition, messaging, and selling points specifically tailored to Security, Compliance, IT, Privacy and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) buyer personas.
Fuel our GTM Engine: Position Trusted Services as the indispensable foundation for Agentforce and Headless 360. Educate the market on how our solutions allow businesses to deploy AI agents safely at scale.
Fuel the Sales Pipeline: Translate our marketing and industry-focused security initiatives into actionable, repeatable programs that help our sales teams spark interest, progress deals, and deliver revenue growth.
Empower the Field: Develop highly scalable enablement, messaging playbooks, and interactive demos to train sales teams on how to position security and resilience as a business accelerator rather than a blocker.
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Build consensus, alignment, and engagement across Product Management, Campaigns, Creative, Sales, Pricing Strategy, and Customer Success.
Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in product marketing, industry marketing, or corporate marketing. (SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software marketing experience is highly preferred).
Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical architectures (such as encryption, auditing, and AI guardrails) into clear, compelling business narratives.
Strategic Copywriting & Storytelling: A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to strategize and craft compelling product messaging, whitepapers, pitch decks, and digital content.
Tactical Execution: Comfort with rolling up your sleeves to drive hands-on tactical execution—from deck building to demo scripting and event planning.
Ambiguity to Action: Natural ability to pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity or fast-moving product shifts (like rapid advancements in generative AI and GRC regulations).
SaaS & Platform Domain Expertise: Strong familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem (and/or other enterprise SaaS and B2B technology platforms).
Security/Compliance Literacy: Prior experience marketing cybersecurity products, compliance tools, or data-governance suites (knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2, or general GRC frameworks is a massive plus).
Sales and GTM Strategist: Deep understanding of B2B sales motions, buyer journeys, and how sellers engage customers across the funnel
AI-First Mindset: Eager and passionate about learning and applying evolving AI tools (such as generative writing aids, prompt engineering, and visual aids) to elevate your product marketing deliverables.
Natural Collaborator: Highly empathetic relationship builder who thrives in a matrixed organization and enjoys partnering across diverse global teams.
