Pratt and Whitney has an exciting opportunity for a Procurement FP&A Manager - GSC Finance.
The position will be a hybrid position based out of our East Hartford, Connecticut campus location.
What You Will Do:
The Pratt & Whitney (P&W) Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization is a dynamic organization with significant growth opportunities over the next 10 years.
The organization is currently focused on its sourcing strategy for commercial P&W Pure Power geared turbofan engine and the military F135 Joint Strike Fighter. The combination of these engine programs will result in unprecedented procurement volume.
The Finance Manger will be able to work in a challenging environment and to work well with all levels within the organization. The Finance Manager should also be able to provide a high level of customer support along with a focus on business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Supply Chain and Module center teams to drive operating cost reduction initiatives.
- Support GSC mod center performance reporting requirements pertaining to operating expenses, inventory, part cost and period cost.
- Responsible for the monthly MOH operating expense closing process, monthly MML and OMM including long range planning.
- Prepare and support weekly GSC Finance review with senior management.
- Support Procurement teams with supplier cash flows, including payment issues and supplier accelerated payment programs.
- Support GSC ad hoc requirements for driving part cost and inventory reduction as well as cash flow improvement.
- Assist with GSC’s annual Sarbanes Oxley testing.
- Utilize CORE in supporting GSC initiatives for continuous improvement across the GSC Finance and Operations teams.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field required with at least 8+ years of relevant work experience; OR an Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Strong MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
- Strong data analytics skills and interpersonal skills with ability to work with individuals and/or team at all levels.
- Organizational skills with strong written and verbal communication.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- HFM, OneStream and/or SAP experience.
- Experience in Power BI and Copilot.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
