OnsiteRaytheon UK has a new opportunities for a Production Specialist to join our team in Glenrothes.
As a Production Specialist, you will support the Production Team Leaders to support the teams of Production Associates working at our Raytheon UK Manufacturing site. The team produce high quality electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies, achieving output, quality, and safety targets.
The Production Specialist may be the Lead Associate for all production work in the Manufacturing area on that shift, and would be the focal point for production, quality, and personnel queries.
This will be a dayshift opportunity (Mon-Wed 7.30am - 5.18pm and Thurs 7.30pm to 5.06pm) and you must be eligible and willing to gain BPSS clearance.
Responsibilities:
Required Skills & Experience:
Previous relevant experience e.g. from a Factory, Engineering or Manufacturing environment
IT literate – Microsoft Office skills e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, MS Teams
Desirable Skills & Experience:
SVQ Level 3 in Operational Management or equivalent
Electronics / electro-mechanical production experience
Good organisational and communication skills
A disciplined and determined approach
Experience in using SAP / shop floor control systems
