In this role, you will analyze product specifications, optimize manufacturing methods, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality, efficiency, and production performance. You will provide hands-on technical support to manufacturing operations, lead process improvements, and develop innovative solutions that enhance safety, ergonomics, and productivity. This is an individual contributor position.
Your mission: to develop reliable, efficient manufacturing processes that improve product quality, reduce costs, and support on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement across production operations.

This onsite position is based at our Santa Isabel, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.
