The role:

You’ll work in a matrix organisation and report operationally through OMNIA Training and functionally through the Raytheon UK Enterprise Performance Group (EPG). Ultimately, you’ll work for the British Army, championing innovation, and helping shape the future of military training.
Location: Hybrid, but must be willing to work on site as regularly, primarily at Warminster, but other travel may be required to Raytheon UK offices.
We are looking for a Project Scheduler to provide professional project scheduling and controls support as part of the Raytheon UK Enterprise Performance Group (EPG) for Raytheon UK, deployed to the Omnia Training Team.
This includes the generation, analysis and reporting of key schedule and earned value management metrics to support the programme in reporting to facilitate key decision making. Earned Value expertise will be central to the management of the TCIF contract.
We are looking for our team to advocate for and deliver robust project controls, metrics and business intelligence reporting by utilising our various tools to give clear, objective visibility of programme health and we want to build a team passionate about ensuring on time delivery, providing solutions to schedule optimisation challenges and who has a commitment to playing their role in programme delivery and supporting business intelligence and KPI reporting.
