The F135 Deputy Property Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the F135 Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) team in overall F135 property system compliance. The F135 Deputy Property Manager will be the subject matter expert relative to FAR, DFAR, and FIAR related property requirements, and perform periodic F135 property reviews at all F135 specific locations. The F135 property lead will perform training and ensure all site processes and procedures align with FAR and contractual requirements and develop process improvement and corrective actions associated with systemic weaknesses.
What You Will Do
Integration Planning: Work with the F135 FIAR team to develop integration plans and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance to overall F135 property goals
Property Management: Manage inventory and audit activities, delivery master property reporting, troubleshoot property related concerns and manage the digital solution for GFP Module automation to align with required property life cycle reporting
Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements throughout property lifecycle events to ensure continued compliance to new and evolving government compliance initiative and regulations
Strong proven leadership skills, strategic thinking, sharing a vision and ability to gain consensus among a group of individuals and organizations required. The ideal candidate will have a strong communication and strive to build strong relationship skills and ability to interact well with the USG customer

Qualifications You Must Have
BS/BA
10 years’ experience in supply chain, property, and project management or An advanced degree with 7 years of experience in supply chain, property, and project management
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
Master of Business Administration
Certified Professional Property Manager
Knowledge of military customers and propulsion system sustainment
You're adept at managing cross-functional teams and leading cross functional meetings

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
