The Paid Media Analyst supports RTX’s growing paid media capability by contributing to the planning, execution, optimization, and measurement of paid media programs across channels. This role provides flexible support depending on business needs — ranging from campaign execution, trafficking, and QA to reporting, workflow coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
As the internal paid media function evolves, this position will adapt to support new platforms, processes, and areas of specialization. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable learning new tools, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
