What You Will Do:

• Track and manage hardware throughout the repair and return process

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Program Office, Receiving, Test Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Shipping

• Ensure all repair items are accurately recorded and monitored in the workflow system.

• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations that clearly communicate repair status to stakeholders.

• Analyze material availability to support contract requirements, identify barriers, recommend solutions, and drive actions to meet program commitments

• Schedule, coordinate, and expedite movement of repair items through the process

• Use standard MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to support reporting and analysis

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, General Management, Engineering or related field.

• The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship is required)

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Strong foundation in logistics, problem-solving, and project management

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills

• Experience with material planning, order execution, and project management
  Working knowledge of Production and Planning Control fundamentals, including MRP and Inventory Management

This position requires the ability to obtain a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
