In this role, you will oversee manufacturing processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement innovative technologies, and provide technical leadership to ensure operational excellence, efficiency, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Program Management, and Value Stream organizations, you will optimize manufacturing capabilities while supporting business growth and strategic objectives.
