What You Will Do

• This role is a remote 2nd shift position. The hours are Mon-Fri 12-8PM EST. The candidate will be expected to be onsite for onboarding training and occasional special events in East Hartford, CT.

• Analyze unit level spare part fill rates to determine sourcing, shipping, and/or redistribution of F135 propulsion spares

• Directly engage with customers to support material requests for Priority 1 -2 part requisitions to support fleet global availability goals

• FLS will be assigned as Face-to-Base (F2B) or Face-to-Depot (F2D) for multiple F-35/F135 sites

• Support and action the movement of spares for site activations when assigned

• FLS will be responsible for actioning Source of Repair (SOR) requests from unit level and deployed location

Qualifications You Must Have

• BS/BA degree

• 5 years of inventory management, supply chain, or engine maintenance experience or An advanced degree with 3 years of inventory management, supply chain, or engine maintenance experience

Qualifications We Prefer

• Active Security Clearance

• A minimum of 3+ years of aerospace/defense supply support experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and EXCEL (formulas VLOOKUP, etc.)

• Analytical skills are a must for an FLS; individual must be able to organize, logically analyze and present spares information that may be pulled in from several info systems

• At least 1 years of extensive experience in SAP spares-related transactions

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
