OnsiteWhat You Will Do *
Supervise daily supply chain operations, including purchasing, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
Monitor stock levels, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning to maintain optimal inventory.
Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Lead and mentor junior staff in the supply chain team to ensure high performance and development.
Implement and enforce best practices in procurement and logistics procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations (e.g., customs, transportation, environmental).
Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to align supply chain activities.
Support cost-saving initiatives and supply chain digitization efforts.
Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
Qualifications You Must Have *
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and inventory management tools.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year
Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan
With at least a year in his/her current position
