To be eligible for a SkillBridge Fellowship, you must meet the following requirements:
Must be eligible to participate in Fellowship per DoD Instruction 1322.29.
Must be projected to receive an honorable discharge from the military.
Must have all TAP and transition requirements completed prior to the start date.
Must receive approval from Unit Commander or O4+ in the chain of command.
Must be located within a commutable distance or willing/approved to relocate to the job location.
What You Will Learn During This Fellowship
Support and maintain comprehensive security programs in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Ensuring compliance with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), DoD Manual 5205.07, NISPOM, and other applicable industrial and special program security guidance.
Developing, updating, and administering security plans, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), OPSEC plans, and Concepts of Operations (CONOPs).
Creating and delivering security education, training, and awareness programs such as indoctrinations, refresher training, and debriefings.
Conducting internal self-inspections, identifying deficiencies, and implementing corrective actions.
Performing peer reviews at other locations to support broader security compliance.
Participating in government compliance inspections and executing required followu p actions.
Managing program security administrative functions, including personnel processing, visitor control, program investigations, Top Secret accountability, alarm testing, document/material dispatch and receipt, and resolution of related issues.
Overseeing physical security and construction requirements for SAPFs and SCIFs in alignment with ICD 705, including preparing and submitting pre‑construction and accreditation packages, Fixed Facility Checklists (FFCs), and TEMPEST documentation.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
Relevant experience executing security processes and projects within special access program and collateral environments.
Industrial security experience, preferably in a Facility Security Officer (FSO) or Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) role.
Ability to collaborate with team members, government customers, employees, and organizational leaders, and to develop solutions to complex problems using established problem-solving methods.
Ability to prepare written materials and present information verbally to internal and external stakeholders to convey compliance requirements.
Active and transferable Top-Secret SCI (TS/SCI) U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain a polygraph after start.

Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Comprehensive knowledge of NISPOM and related directives.
Experience with SIMS and DISS.
Experience supporting Intelligence Community contracts and special access programs.
Hight attention to detail, discretion, and integrity.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and priorities independently.
Existing TS/SCI with polygraph (within the last 24 months)
