Job Summary:
The Associate Director, Department of the Navy (DoN) Lead Customer Integrator, represents Pratt & Whitney Military Engines’ business goals and objectives with all DoN customers (USN and USMC). Bachelor''s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with 10+ years of relevant experience. Experience to include extensive US Navy and/or Marine Corps Aviation experience as well as experience with the Department of War and other US Government Agencies, experience with the DoW Requirements, Acquisition, and PPBE processes, skilled communicator with an ability to maintain productive relationships in difficult situations; good analytical, problem solving, and project management skills, demonstrated leadership and strong business acumen, high degree of responsibility and accountability for establishing and achieving objectives. ability to work in cross-functional teams in a wide variety of tasks and with limited supervision, ability to drive and support organizational change to lead continuous improvement in our products and customer satisfaction, highly responsive to customer requirements, flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, priorities, and schedules and familiarity with aircraft turbofan engine hardware, operation, and flight performance.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

The salary range for this role is 172,900 USD - 328,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
