Raytheon is seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Management (OSC) Leader to support the Israel Cooperative Programs (ICP) area within Short and Medium Ground Based Air Defense (SMBGAD). This individual will be responsible for developing and executing Supply Chain and Operations strategies, proposals, and program execution across the portfolio. The ideal candidate is a strong, influential leader with a proven record of delivering exceptional Operations and Supply Chain performance, including the ability to lead and drive results without direct reporting authority.
What You Will Do
Responsible for overall OSC execution, including cost, schedule, quality, supplier management, and material strategy.
Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure alignment with program objectives.
Develop and manage risk and opportunity plans to meet program goals.
Provide earned value, cost account management, and budget oversight.
Drive efforts to achieve material sales goals, while delivering efficiencies to ICP programs.
Collaborate cross‑functionally and lead teams without direct authority.
Engage with customers and present OSC strategies, plans, and performance updates.
Monitor performance metrics and proactively resolve program and functional issues.
Support proposals and provide comprehensive Operations & Supply Chain support for gate reviews.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
Experience with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or Program Management.
Experience with ERP Systems such as SAP, PRISM, Kinaxis or equivalent system.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
High degree of financial acumen and ability to lead efforts, including budgeting management and financial forecasting.
Experience interfacing with external customers and all levels of internal organization.
Experience communicating and meeting internal/external customer needs.
Experience achieving goals in a Matrix organizational structure.
Knowledge of US Government acquisition laws and regulations.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
