- Enforcing global content standards and style guides to ensure consistency, accuracy, and professional quality across internal knowledge assets
- Facilitating low-friction communication channels, such as AI agent-based information discovery and searchable integrations, to optimise how knowledge is delivered
- Partnering with Sales leadership and the Product Strategy team to identify critical knowledge gaps and bridge them with high-quality content
- Analysing content engagement metrics and search data to prove the ROI of initiatives and continuously refine the resource library
What you'll need

- Experience organising knowledge with Google and Atlassian tools
Nice to have
- A proven track record of running a knowledge management service supported by a matrix organisation
- Experience structuring atomic content and metadata specifically for large language models (LLMs) or AI-powered internal search discovery
