Talent Acquisition Partner - Manufacturing & Supply Chain (APAC)

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team and support hiring across our growing Global Supply Chain operations, with a primary focus on Johor Bahru and additional support across Singapore and Australia.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future workforce of one of the region's fastest-growing manufacturing operations. You'll partner closely with leaders across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Logistics and Corporate Functions to attract, engage and hire talent ranging from early career professionals through to specialist and leadership positions.

While this role will manage a mix of repeatable, high-volume hiring and complex specialist searches, success will come from your ability to think creatively about talent attraction, build sustainable talent pipelines, and proactively identify future talent needs before vacancies arise.

What You'll Do

• Partner with business leaders across Johor Bahru, Singapore and Australia to deliver end-to-end recruitment across Global Supply Chain and related functions.
• Lead hiring across a diverse portfolio including Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Logistics and selected Corporate Functions.
• Develop innovative sourcing and attraction strategies to engage active and passive talent in competitive labour markets.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future-focused capabilities, supporting both immediate and long-term workforce needs.
• Design and execute early career and emerging talent initiatives, including partnerships, talent communities and workforce development programs.
• Use market intelligence and hiring data to advise stakeholders on talent availability, recruitment strategies and workforce planning decisions.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring process.
• Champion diversity, inclusion and employer branding initiatives that strengthen Resmed's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate closely with People Business Partners, Talent Management and other Centres of Excellence to align hiring activity with business priorities.

What You'll Bring

• Experience recruiting across manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of the Johor Bahru talent market, with experience supporting manufacturing or engineering hiring within the region.
• Demonstrated success building talent pipelines and talent attraction strategies, not simply filling open requisitions.
• Experience hiring across a range of role types, from high-volume or repeatable positions through to specialist and leadership-level searches.
• Passion for identifying new sourcing channels, engaging passive talent and finding creative solutions to hiring challenges.
• Experience supporting graduate, early career or workforce development hiring programs is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise leaders across multiple functions and geographies.
• A proactive, curious and adaptable mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Ability to balance strategic talent advisory work with hands-on recruitment execution.
