Principal HRBP

Job Description

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader for the role of HRBP, Regional HR Strategy. The successful candidate will serve as a Strategic HR Business Partner, supporting key business leaders across Japan.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic HR Initiatives: Collaborate with Country HRBP Leader, Global HRBP counterpart and business unit leaders to plan and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Address Organizational Challenges: Analyze issues related to talent management, performance management, organizational development, and employee engagement, and propose and implement effective solutions.
• Participate in HR Projects: Actively contribute as a project member in various HR initiatives.
• Change Management: Support organizational transformation through effective change management practices to ensure smooth transitions and build culture upon it.

Qualifications

【MUST】

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to independently resolve complex employee relations issues
• Ability to foster a positive organizational culture, enhance employee motivation, and influence stakeholders across the organization. Additionally, capable of collaborating effectively with other HR teams to drive initiatives
• Proficiency in English communication (able to participate in meetings and deliver presentations) — CEFR B2 level or above preferred

• Experience as an HR Business Partner in a global company
• A proactive and positive mindset, with the ability to independently tackle challenges and issues as they arise
