Job Responsibilities :
We are seeking a commercially driven Senior B2B Sales Specialist to manage partnerships with key accounts, and business growth initiatives within the gaming and digital commerce industry. This role will focus on driving sales performance, expanding reseller networks, conducting market and competitor analysis, and strengthening strategic partnerships across multiple regions.The ideal candidate should be highly proactive, data-driven, and comfortable leveraging AI and automation tools to improve productivity, market analysis, reporting efficiency, and sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 - 4 year(s) of working experience in the relevant field (B2B Sales), knowledge in the related industry would be an advantage.
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent in any field.
- Strong understanding of online games, gaming ecosystems, and digital monetization models.
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude AI, Copilot, and other AI-powered or data analytics platforms to improve productivity, market research, reporting efficiency, sales analysis, and presentation deck preparation is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel.
- Fluent in both written and spoken for English. Chinese will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with partners, distributors, and key B2B accounts.
- Handle inbound business inquiries and provide professional account support to partners.
- Act as a hunter to acquire and onboard new potential partners.
- Drive sales performance and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the gaming and digital top-up industry.
- Conduct market research on trending game titles, industry developments, and regional gaming demand.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies, partner offerings, and operational workflows.
- Utilize AI-powered tools and automation platforms to improve research efficiency, reporting accuracy, lead generation, workflow management, and market monitoring to maintain competitiveness.
- Leverage AI insights to identify sales opportunities, optimize reseller engagement strategies, and enhance decision-making processes.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with partners to maximize retention and business growth.
- Stay updated on gaming industry developments, digital payment ecosystems, and emerging AI technologies that can improve sales operations.
