This position follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation to be in the office 3 days per week at the St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office location.
The AMS Solutions Specialist plays a key role in supporting asset management sales efforts by leveraging wealth management technology and delivering high-quality advisor support. This entry-level position partners closely with Asset Management Services (AMS) consultants and internal sales teams to provide analysis, generate proposals, and assist financial advisors in utilizing the firm’s technology to enhance their investment practices.
This role combines sales support, technical proficiency, and advisor engagement. The specialist will interact directly with financial advisors via phone, Zoom, email, and occasional in-person meetings, helping them navigate portfolio construction tools, proposal generation systems, investment screeners, and tax-efficient (tax alpha) strategies. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering an excellent advisor experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support asset management sales initiatives by preparing reports, analyses, and client-ready proposals
Partner with AMS consultants and internal sales teams to fulfill inbound advisor requests and ongoing project work
Serve as a primary point of contact for advisor inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Utilize wealth management technology tools including portfolio construction, proposal generation, investment screeners, and tax alpha tools
Assist in demonstrating platform capabilities and generating outputs for advisor use
Educate and guide advisors on effective platform usage
Provide guidance on analytic technology of investment accounts (mutual funds, ETFs, managed accounts, SMAs, UMAs)
Collaborate on presentations and materials for meetings and events
Build and maintain advisor relationships
Support advisor business development
Participate in internal and local advisor events
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of:

Education / Previous Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
Licenses / Certifications
Series 7 license required or must be obtained within six (6) months of hire
