Job Description Summary
Under general supervision, provides exceptional customer service and support for plan participants in 401(k), 403(b), and other qualified retirement plans. Utilizes knowledge and experience to educate participants on their retirement accounts, plan features, and available options, while assisting with problem resolution and document processing. Performs routine tasks in accordance with established procedures and exercises sound judgment in handling non-routine inquiries and service requests.
