As a Sr. Associate, Business Intelligence Visualizations and Reporting, you will play a key role in managing and delivering complex data and analytics solutions that directly support business objectives. Collaborating closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will provide actionable, data-driven insights that enable informed decision-making. You will also ensure the highest standards of data quality, consistency, and compliance across all initiatives.

In this role, you will be a key contributor to Pfizer’s Infrastructure Data & Analytics team, helping to drive a culture of data-driven decision-making and influencing strategic priorities. You will play an instrumental role in shaping the future of Digital reporting by leveraging your expertise to deliver meaningful and impactful insights.

What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

• Manage and deliver complex data and analytics projects end-to-end, from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights that support informed decision-making across the organization.
• Leverage AI tools and techniques to automate workflows, enhance data insights, and improve decision-making processes.
• Apply strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear, actionable insights.
• Leverage expertise in data analysis and visualization to deliver high-quality outputs that drive business value and decision-making.
• Take ownership of data and analytics deliverables, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Promote and drive the adoption of data and analytics tools, best practices, and standards across the team and Service Management data consumers.
• Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in data and analytics, applying this knowledge to continuously improve data practices.
• Ensure all data and analytics initiatives comply with Pfizer’s data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrate strong performance in an agile environment, with a collaborative mindset, adaptability to change, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree (MBA/MS) with relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience and proficiency in Python and SQL for data analytics.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with reporting and ETL tools, including Dataiku DSS and/or Alteryx.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and the ability to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

• Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
• Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling.
• Experience with APIs for data integration.
• Have ServiceNow Performance Analytics development experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
