In the role of Senior Technical Program Manager with a strong focus on operational rigor and cross-functional collaboration, you will lead the DGX Cloud Fleet Configuration initiative. You will ensure our GPU fleet runs on certified, updated software and firmware across a varied and fast-expanding infrastructure. This role links Engineering, SRE, Capacity Operations, and Cloud Providers. You will manage the program functions that keep version tracking for software and firmware accurate, patching routines timely, and leadership informed. Acting as the TPM counterpart to engineering leads, you will foster accountability, close reporting gaps, and uphold the single source of truth that enables rapid progress without compliance risks. Join us to make a meaningful impact on the world’s leading AI infrastructure!
What You'll Be Doing:
Own and lead the fleet configuration compliance program from start to finish. Establish owner accountability across organizations. Track patching achievements and deliver measurable improvements in fleet currency.
Build and maintain the source-of-truth tracking system for SW/FW versions across all fleet segments, cloud providers, and hardware platforms.
Identify and close dashboard and reporting gaps — partnering with Engineering and EngOps to ensure version state, patch status, and drift are visible in real time.
Run the program mechanics: owner collection, recurring leader follow-ups, addressing critical issues that could delay progress, and EngOps status reporting.
Anticipate configuration drift risks with new hardware bring-ups and cloud provider expansions, working closely with Infrastructure teams to get ahead of gaps.
Communicate fleet configuration status and risk clearly to senior leadership, turning complex multi-system state into crisp, decision-ready narratives.
What We Need to See:
8+ years of Technical Program Management experience, with at least 3 years in infrastructure, platform, or systems-focused domains.
Proven ability to run complex cross-org programs — defining ownership structures, driving accountability across distributed teams, and maintaining momentum without direct authority.
Experience building or managing configuration tracking, patch management, or compliance reporting programs at scale.
Strong data and tooling instincts — able to identify dashboard gaps, define the right metrics, and work with engineering to close them.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a source of truth across a fast paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
Excellent executive communication skills — able to translate fleet state and risk into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership.
MS in EE, CS, or equivalent experience.
