Manager, Software Engineering - AI Infrastructure

NVIDIA is looking for a Software Engineer Manager to join the NCS (Network Cluster Solution) Software Infrastructure team. As a Software Engineer Manager, you'll be part of leading the development efforts of software automations and services/applications for NVIDIA’s Data Center environment. What You'll be doing:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers; set technical direction, define priorities, and grow team capabilities
• Design and develop automation platform used to provision, configure, and monitor HPC data centers.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust full-cycle solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues in distributed environments and contribute to system observability and reliability improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with architects, DevOps engineers, product managers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.
• Lead the team’s code review process, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement activities.

What We Need to See:

• B.Sc. degree or equivalent experience in Engineering/Computer Science/related field
• 6+ overall years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, managing software development teams
• Proven ability to lead technical teams: hiring, mentoring, technical road mapping, and cross-team influence
• Strong programming skills, with a clear motivation for automation and tooling.
• Strong technical abilities, problem solving, design and debugging skills.
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
