Role Summary
The Senior Data Analyst sits with Northern Trust’s Asset Management COO organization as a strategic member and trusted partner across Product Management, Investments, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technology, and Data Governance, contributing initiatives that support business growth and the success of investment products to support development efforts and support scalability of new products. The position participates in cross-functional efforts related to product launches, operational readiness, client reporting enhancements, and go-to-market execution while providing subject matter expertise in asset management products, client data, and investment operations. Responsibilities include translating complex concepts into actionable insights and executive-level communications, improving client experience, operational efficiency, scalability, and data quality, and ensuring accurate, consistent messaging for clients and prospects.

Salary Range:
$74,700 - 126,900 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
