Position Summary:
The Head of Client Service Oversight & Governance for Northern Trust Asset Management, Global Institutional Client Group will lead the effort, as part of a recently created team, to actively manage and monitor client related risks ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and client agreements. This individual will lead the evolution of a team to ensure consistent review, oversight and governance of client related onboarding and ongoing servicing activities while providing ongoing training to the broader client facing team. This individual will display a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with clients, client facing partners, and the broader servicing teams to ensure a reduction of risk to the clients and business while positively impacting the value-added client experience. This will include first line responsibilities arising from the implementation of NT RCE program
The successful candidate will be a collaborative partner with the ability to manage multiple projects with high visibility. This individual will have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills working in an entrepreneurial environment to build the function and team. The role requires a high degree of asset and investment management acumen, control function experience, as well as a sense of urgency and partnership to do what is best for the client while protecting the business.

Salary Range:
$164,600 - 288,000 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
