The role:
As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll lead end-to-end procurement activities across indirect categories - covering sourcing, supplier engagement, negotiation and contract management.
Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll ensure the timely delivery of goods and services while meeting cost, quality and compliance expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing procure-to-pay and source-to-contract activities (RFx, evaluation, negotiation)
Overseeing subcontract performance across the lifecycle
Raising and managing purchase orders in SAP
Supporting strategic sourcing and cost optimisation initiatives
Acting as Purchasing Card Administrator, ensuring compliance and reporting
Providing procurement guidance to internal stakeholders and maintaining audit-ready records
About you:
You’re a proactive procurement professional who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment and enjoys delivering value through strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.
You bring:
5+ years’ procurement experience in a complex environment
Strong sourcing, negotiation and analytical skills
Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP)
High attention to detail and strong communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes
Desirable: relevant qualification in procurement or related field
Security: Ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA NV1 clearance required
