Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Maritime Systems & Integration (MS&I) E&S organization and serve as the Charlottesville E&S Site Lead. This position reports to the Naval Systems Engineering Director and is in Charlottesville, VA.
The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the geographically distributed, highly dynamic, multi-discipline engineering team. The engineering team is responsible for hardware & software development, production support and shipboard integration & test for Navy and USCG surface and subsurface fleet.
In this role, the Engineering Manager will be responsible for the following:

The candidate will work with cross-discipline team members and therefore must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation experience and the demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with a diverse community of engineers and managers to achieve the goals of the organization. The candidate must have the ability to build consensus and resolve conflict. The candidate must collaborate with business area leadership, and other functional partners to resolve complex issues in a timely manner to help meet program commitments.

Primary Level Salary Range: $166,700.00 - $250,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
