Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Sector (NGAS) is seeking an Associate Industrial Security Analyst (Level 1) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in El Segundo, CA.
The selected candidate will have the responsibility of developing and administering security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment in a fast-paced, high-profile portfolio of programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Associate Industrial Security analyst (ISA1) Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of security experience will be considered in-lieu of a degree
U.S. citizenship
Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance with an ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) approval(s)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and record-keeping; ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to brief individuals and small groups
Proficiency with standard office software and file management.
Ability to work onsite in a SAPF/closed area environment and support time-sensitive program needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with DISS, SIMS, JADE, or similar data bases
Working knowledge of SAP and SCI programs to provide procedural and policy guidance
Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion
Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines
Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Primary Level Salary Range: $63,000.00 - $94,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
