Northrop Grumman Defense has an opening for a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst Level 1 or 2 to join its Guidance Computer team in Roy, UT in support of the Sentinel Program. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force’s sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities, and associated infrastructure.
This position may be filled at a Level 2 or a Level 3 based on qualifications below.
What you will get to do:
• Own the IWO (Inter-company Work Authorization) administration process & drive IWO processing/change efficiencies
• Develop/Refine/Provide program-level training on IWO processes & compliance
• Administer new & revised S/4HANA IWO entry and workflow follow-through
• Maintain program-level reconciliation & metrics on IWO requests/revisions and IWO system compliance
• Evaluate submitted IWO forms for system compliance & provide feedback on corrections needed
• Maintain IWO process controls to ensure consistency and standardization
• Own & maintain program IWO request form
• Other IWO related management requests
• Potential cross-training opportunities to gain Earned Value experience related to suppliers and materials
This position may be filled at a Level 2 or a Level 3 based on qualifications below.
Basic Qualifications for a Level 1
• Bachelor’s degree with 1 years of professional related in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Program Cost Analysis experience - OR - 5+ years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Basic Qualifications for a Level 2
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Program Cost Analysis - OR - a Master's degree with 0 years of related professional experience. A high school diploma/equivalent with 6+ years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Additional Basic Qualifications for both levels
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience organizing and maintaining SharePoint OR computer file & folder organization
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance. US citizenship is a prerequisite.
Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications:
• Active DoD Secret level security clearance (with the investigation in the past 6 years).
• Experience with S/4HANA IWO / OneIWO, SAP / SAP BW, OR Excel SAP Analysis Office
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
• Awareness of contracts and IWO agreements.
• Aerospace/Defense Industry experience.

This position’s standard work schedule is 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Primary Level Salary Range: $59,900.00 - $89,900.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $72,100.00 - $108,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
