Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking to hire a Global Supply Chain (GSC) Compliance Manager 3 to join its team of diverse and qualified individuals. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) division. The individual in this role will lead efforts to ensure on-going compliance with supply chain related public law, FAR, DFARS and other federal agency acquisition regulations in addition to company Policies & Procedures governing the Global Supply Chain Process at SDS. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Global Supply Chain Management for the Strategic Deterrent Systems Division.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and collaborate with a diverse team of supply chain professionals and cross-functional stakeholders while monitoring and ensuring on-going SDS procurement system and MMAS system compliance with government and company policies/procedures, procurement system health, and conducting compliance related training/equipping of GSC staff in areas of noted need.
Collaborate with sector level compliance lead and other division peers, senior division functional/program leaders and the GSC division leadership team to continuously monitor and assess procurement system compliance and health at SDS.
Continuous audits/assessments of Purchase order compliance and awareness and communication of any changes to regulatory requirements and/or company policies & procedures.
Functional leader and responsibility for the Procurement Analysis and Compliance Evaluation (PACE) process for SDS.
Audit Focal Point for all GSC related audits at SDS collaborating with other GSC Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders as needed, including coordinating with peer Division Compliance Officers in other DS divisions as part of the Compliance Community of Practice.
Monitoring regulatory landscape: In collaboration with Defense Systems (DS) Sector Compliance Leadership, keeping track of changing regulations in different jurisdictions where the company operates and identifying potential compliance risks.
Supplier due diligence: Assessing potential suppliers to ensure they meet compliance standards and conducting regular audits to maintain compliance.
Policy development: Establishing, collaborating on and implementing company-wide policies and procedures related to global supply chain compliance.
Risk assessment: Identifying and mitigating potential compliance risks within the supply chain, including issues related to labor practices, environmental standards, and product safety.
Compliance training: Educating GSC and other employees and suppliers on relevant compliance regulations and procedures, including PACE trends, audit lessons-learned, etc., including working with DS sector focal points on common training initiatives.
Incident management: Responding to and investigating potential compliance breaches, taking corrective actions as needed.
Reporting and documentation: Maintaining thorough records of compliance activities and providing reports to senior management.

This position’s standard work schedule is 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
Basic Qualifications
Requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need.
Requires a bachelor’s degree with 8 years of supplier management, supply chain, procurement, GSC program management, GSC Compliance, or related experience; 6 years with a master's degree; or 12 years of experience with a High School Diploma (or equivalent) may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Requires experience in FAR/DFAR GSC regulations and understanding of GSC company Policies & Procedures.
Requires experience with the entire supply chain process, from raw materials to finished goods.
Requires experience analyzing data to identify trends and potential compliance issues.
Experience leading and/or participating in DCMA CPSR and /or MMAS audits and experience engaging and presenting information to DCMA and DACO.
Preferred Qualifications
Active in-scope US Government Secret Security Clearance.
Experience managing people.
4+ years leading and/or managing teams (direct reports and/or dotted line).
Experience in managing cost-reimbursable subcontracts.
Excellent (written, verbal and briefing) communication skills. Ability to effectively deliver training to employees and communicate compliance requirements to stakeholders and customers at various levels.
