Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector is seeking a Calibration Technician – Level 2 to join our team in Devens, MA and East Hartford, CT. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.
AOA Xinetics (AOX), a wholly owned subsidiary of Northrop Grumman Space Systems in the Payload and Ground Systems Division, is a leading supplier of complex electro-optic and photonic systems and subsystems that control and manipulate light waves for various applications. We are currently seeking a Calibration Technician to support our quality initiatives at our facilities in Devens, MA, and East Hartford, CT. This position will require 50% travel between both locations to address calibration needs.
The Calibration Technician is responsible for managing and maintaining the accuracy, tracking, and regulatory compliance of measurement tools, gauges, and laboratory or manufacturing equipment. Key responsibilities include scheduling calibrations, maintaining databases, and coordinating with external vendors.
This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.

Primary Level Salary Range: $56,000.00 - $93,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
