We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Support Assistant to join our Triton team and help keep our operations running smoothly. Your role:
As the Triton Business Support Assistant, you'll be the go-to person for administrative and business support activities across our Edinburgh site. You'll play a key role in supporting the Triton leadership team, coordinating office operations, managing invoicing processes and ensuring a seamless experience for employees and visitors alike.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing high-level administrative support to the Triton management team.
Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Managing supplier invoices, purchase order receipts and reconciliations.
Supporting customer invoicing activities and business reporting.
Acting as the Time Recording Champion to support compliance and reporting.
Assisting with travel, expenses, corporate cards and employee administration.
Coordinating office services, facilities, uniforms, stationery and site requirements.
Maintaining records, SharePoint content and business documentation.

Previous administration experience in a busy office environment.

The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
The ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance.
Experience in business administration, bookkeeping, accounting or ERP systems will be highly regarded.
