Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an exciting career opportunity for a Principal Mission Planner to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located on-site on Whiteman, AFB MO. supporting the B2 Program.
Provide aircraft and spacecraft mission planning to include integration, support services and flight or ground operations services to accomplish training and/or operational objectives. Assess mission issues, risks, and develops resolutions to meet customer objectives. Acts as the central point of contact to ensure adherence to procedures and meet mission success. Develop routing and contingency logic, as required. Produces related mission planning products for customers to review mission tasking and applicable intelligence. Develop all training, exercise support and contingency operations in accordance with applicable standards. Coordinates airspace requirements with applicable agencies depending on flight profiles. May be responsible for ensuring all cost, schedule and technical requirements of assigned mission and projects are coordinated, prepared and accurate.

Primary Level Salary Range: $77,000.00 - $115,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
