Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Principal Test Conductor to join the team of qualified individuals on our Test and Evaluation organization. This role is located onsite in Melbourne, FL.
In this role, the successful candidate will support Mission System programs as part of the System Test Team based out of Melbourne, FL. Candidate will provide support for all system test activities, to include test planning, creation of required test procedures, post test data analysis, creation of problem reports, and reporting on test results. Candidate shall display professionalism, leadership, have a strong work ethic, work well with others, and be able to function as member of the System Test Team.

Basic Qualifications:
Must have a High School diploma (or equivalent) AND 9 years of related professional/military experience OR an Associate of Science degree AND 7 years of related professional/military experience OR a Bachelor of Science degree AND 5 years of related professional/military experience OR a Master of Science degree AND 3 years of related professional/military experience.
Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. government Secret clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company
Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering work instructions and schematics
Must be willing and able to support multiple shifts and odd hours to accommodate testing efforts and lab schedules

Primary Level Salary Range: $89,400.00 - $134,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
