Job Summary
Design, install and evaluate quality assurance systems and sampling processes, procedures, and statistical techniques. Provides knowledge to control and/or analyze quality issues and resolve them by implementing solutions on the site.

Responsibilities:
- Product and Process Requirements
- Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes.
- First Article reports for new products and engineering changes validations.
- ESD management and control.
- Incoming Inspection
- Setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance (incoming inspection).
- Supervision of Personnel In charge
- Supervise Quality Engineers, inspectors, technicians, and other staff to provide guidance and feedback.
- Process Flow and Controls
- Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Work Instructions and Visual Aids
- Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements, drawings, customer Quality Manuals and requirements.
- Empowerment
- Decision making to Approve the right products or reject defectives.
- Problem Solving
- Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis where applicable.
- Use of quality tools to solve problems, root cause or variations.
- Continues Improvement
- Develop and promote continuous improvement procedures and processes for the organization.
- Performance Monitoring
- Lead potential and current Customer Audits
- Maintain KPI record keeping and Quality Objectives goals.
- Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives, Review process qualification and validations adequacy.
Control, report and reduce scrap rates.
Reduce RMA incidents by analyzing root cause and corrective actions
