We’re looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Production Manager to join a stunning team that drives operational innovation, creative production, and delivery of best-in-class entertainment campaigns for our SEA titles.
The Role:
In the role of Marketing Production Manager, you will both lead and actively execute the creative production process for targeted, market-specific campaign initiatives across all paid, earned, and owned channels. This position requires someone who is creative, curious, operationally agile, and capable of bridging technical and creative domains.
We are seeking an individual with deep expertise in the marketing production landscape who can seamlessly comprehend marketing goals, assess creative concepts, and execute the most efficient production strategies.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership
Serve as a strategic creative production partner to the Marketing team, elevating and bridging the creative ideas with production operational reality throughout campaign development.
Act as the regional creative and production expert, advocating for local market nuances, technical capabilities, and best-in-market marketing experiences with global and international teams.
Campaign Execution & Management
Lead end-to-end creative production for the full asset suite, from initial planning and production to final delivery.
Drive the execution of title and brand campaigns, effectively translating creative concepts into reality.
Manage key campaign elements—including budgets, timelines, and workflows—to ensure operational excellence and on-time delivery.
Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration
Own relationships with agencies and vendors, tracking scopes of work, budgets, and production timelines.
Lead internal and external communications, ensuring seamless workflow and information exchange among all stakeholders.
Partner with regional and global teams to support the localization of international campaigns, leveraging global materials to create impactful local extensions.
Uphold brand guidelines across all deliverables, clearly communicating standards to internal teams and external partners.
Requirements:
At least 10+ years of marketing and production experience, preferably within an entertainment or lifestyle brand at a creative/production agency with an emphasis on integrated campaigns.
A systems thinker adept at utilizing technology to optimize creative processes and maximize campaign efficiency and output.
Analytical in your approach, ability to prioritise the needs when making impactful decisions.
Thrive in fast-paced, demanding environments, with high intellectual curiosity and strong judgment in ambiguity.
A deep and comprehensive technical understanding of end-to-end campaign execution, including online and offline video, high-impact display takeovers, rich media, D/OOH, on-ground activations, digital marketing, and paid social campaigns
Agile and goal-oriented, driven by success, and always ready for a challenge.
Fluent (Proficiency) in both English and Chinese
