Build the analytical foundation to support market expansion beyond Brazil and Mexico.
Support the regular cadence of LATAM business reporting (weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews) with proactive insights, plus ad hoc analysis and deep-dives on key business areas.
Build and maintain the data foundation that powers LATAM Ads planning and reporting — structuring complex, disparate data sources into clean, reliable, and reusable models that answer business questions.
Design and build dashboards and data visualizations so that leadership can quickly understand the state of the business and make decisions.
Provide data and insights to inform incentives and packages design, and track how incentives and packages perform in the LATAM Ads business.
Partner with sales, finance, and cross-functional and global teams to align on definitions, feed regional needs into global reporting, and ensure a single, trusted source of truth.
5+ years of experience in advertising, consulting, business intelligence, data/analytics, strategy, or sales operations — or equivalent practical experience.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English; Spanish is a plus.
Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets, with the ability to pick up new data environments and tools quickly.
Ability to turn complex data into clear dashboards, visualizations, and insights that drive business decisions.
Proven ability to identify and automate manual processes using AI, scripting, or workflow tools to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
Great communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical, senior audiences.
Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Claude) applied to analytics and automation is a plus.
Knowledge of the advertising landscape, including media channels and methods of buying is a plus.
